When to go

Valle de Guadalupe August for the harvest festival; spring and fall for mild days and quieter tasting rooms.
Aguascalientes Mid-April to May for the Feria de San Marcos; late October for the Festival de Calaveras.
Mérida November to March, when the Yucatán heat eases. April and May are the hottest months.
